By filling out the form below you request to get access to eLearning courses with a price. The cost for the course will be invoiced to your employer. Before you get access your request must first be authorized. By filling out this form you agree to us contacting your employer for confirmation, when relevant.
If you employer not is part of the pre-defined drop down list choose "Other" and write the name of you employer.
You will receive an e-mail whne your request has been approved and you can compelte your check-out of the courses in the eLearning.
